We have a very strong and able Service Team who will inspect, troubleshoot and Service all Instruments supplied through us. Servicing of the instrument is carried out by our well trained Service Engineers according to standardized test routines.

Installation & Qualification

Consignment verification, Commissioning and Installation is carried out by Service Team. Operational and safety precaution training that are to be followed are well explained by the team.

Ultra Service Team helps to provide with the qualification documentations like IQ/OQ/PQ for our Customers wherever required.

AMC & CMC Services

We take care of our Customers by offering Preventive Maintenance Plans .i.e by mode of Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) that ensures to maintain and look after the Instruments hence reducing the down-time of the instrument and giving long life to the Instruments.


Service Team provides Calibration Services for Liquid Handling Products like Micro Pipette, Dispensette, and Repetitive Pipettes Service Calibration cum Preventive maintenance Services thereby significantly reducing the risks associated with out-of calibrated pipettes.
